  1. My husband went Split many years ago when he was serving with the United Nations during his entitled 72 hour pass. He could not stop talking about how beautiful it was and how we must visit it one day. My girlfriend from Petawawa also went there and she, as well, was so impressed by the beauty of not only Split, but by the rest of the country. I have heard and can see by your pictures that it looks like it is the hidden gem of the Adriatic Sea. If you ever go back to Croatia permently, I would love to go and visit you there. I am sure that you would be an excellent tour guide and take me to all the places that the tourists are unaware of and are worth seeing.

  2. How many beautiful places all over the world, and sunny Croatia is one of them! I think that your home country is open for tourists during all four seasons. If I had more free time,I would visit Balkans. I wish I could.

  3. It seems to be so beautiful there! I would love to visit there sometime! Where exactly are you from? I can't believe that there are so many islands that are uninhabited! It would be a great place to go and own your own island! Thanks for sharing, that's great!

  4. I hear it's so pretty in Croatia! I think that would be one of the places I would love to travel to one day. At my previous job, the owner and manager were both from Croatia and the manager would tell me such wonderful stories about her family. How she could be at the beach in like 5 mintues. How it would be so hot out that you wouldn't be able to walk bare feet on the gravel stone because it would be scorching hot. How it was the best thing ever to just spend all day in the water. It almost sounds too good to be true! I'd definitely will have to spend sometime in Croatia soon!

  5. Just looking at this place makes me want to hop on a plane and go there right now! But I can't, so at least I can look at it and perhaps one day plan a European vacation. I think it will interesting though to see how well you handle the Canadian winter this year! Maybe we can make a trade one year, a Croatian winter for a Canadian one!

Hopefully when the future comes my one spot to go is Croatia, and hopefully I'll tell you all about my trip whenever I go. Thank you for sharing your beautiful country.
